Regular exercise has countless physical and mental benefits, including improved brain cognition, reduced risk of disease, strengthens bones and muscles, and improved ability to perform activities of daily living. Use the links to our sign-up and payment system to reserve your spot in class!

To register online for any of the above fitness classes or to purchase a monthly fitness pass, click the Sign-up button below, enter the site password, then follow the steps to sign-up.

Fitness Class Descriptions

  • Class is limited to 20 people per class.

    Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that uses a chair for balance or to perform poses while seated. It's based on traditional yoga, but with modified poses that are easier to do while seated or standing next to a chair.

  • Class is limited to 20 people per class.

    Strength & Balance is designed to help improve strength, balance, and flexibility while incorporating cardio, resistance bands, and core exercise for a complete workout. Customized to the needs and preferences of the group. Modifications are offered to accommodate all levels of fitness. 

    Please bring a yoga mat to class.

  • Class is limited to 20 people per class.

    This class introduced various techniques of stretch and mobility training, as well as techniques that are specially designed to improve your range of motion, improve muscle coordination, improved posture, and reduce the risk of falls. All ability and mobility levels are welcome! Please bring a yoga mat to class; if you prefer to stretch in a chair, accommodations can be made.

    This Latin dance-inspired fitness class combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

 

Monthly Fitness Pass

The Fitness Pass is now available to purchase in the sign-up system. 
  • Step 1: Purchase a monthly fitness pass.

    On the sign-up page, select the Monthly Fitness Pass and proceed through checkout. The store will allow you to purchase one month at time.

    Step 2: Receive your discount code.

    You will receive two emails after your purchase. The first email is your order confirmation, the second email will come from Bre containing your personalized discount code. The code changes the price from $10.00 per fitness class to $0.00 per fitness class and expires on the last day of the month you purchased.

    Step 3: Sign-Up for Fitness Classes.

    Once you have received the discount code you can use the code to sign-up for fitness classes on the website, but you must input your personalized discount code at checkout so you will receive the fitness pass pricing. You must always use the code for every fitness class sign-up or you won’t receive the discounted price.

    • The Resident must complete Step 3 and sign-up for the individual classes they want to attend, so management can monitor class sign-ups and capacity.

    • Purchasing the monthly pass does not automatically enroll the Resident in fitness classes, and monthly fitness pass holders cannot “drop-in” on a class.

    • The fitness pass is per person not per household and cannot be shared.

    • The Resident cannot purchase more than one ticket per class. In other words, it’s for their use only.

    • Should the Resident lose/forget their code, they can contact the Sol Centre for the code.

  • All Fitness classes being offered during the month your pass is valid. Currently includes:
