Pool and Spa
If you enjoy a “water workout”, or just want to lounge around the pool and spa, our beautiful pool is a perfect 82 degrees from April to October. Starting in May, we offer Aqua Aerobics classes. If relaxing in the spa is what you like to do, ours is at a warm 102-104 degrees year-round.
POOL RULES:
For more information about Pool Rules go to the Heritage Solaire Portal, or the Residents Only Section of the website. If using the Heritage Solaire Portal, log in using your personal log-in. Go to the “Help” tab and click Pool/Spa/Sauna. If using the website, go to the Residents Only tab and enter the site password. Once you are in the private section for Residents only, click on the documents titled Sol Center Facilities Rules & Regulations or, the Pool and Spa Rules for further information.
POOL HOURS OF OPERATION:
5:00 AM - 10:00 PM
7 days a week
These hours will vary according to seasonal demands (are subject to change). Specific times are prominently posted and publicized.GUEST POLICY:
There are guest/family hours daily, where guests and children can join residents around the pool. All pool guests must be accompanied by a resident and sign-in at the front desk before using the facilities.
POOL GUEST HOURS:
Guests over the age of 16 are welcome at the pool anytime during pool hours but the daily guest limit for those over 16 is (2) per day, except during “Friends and Family” pool hours.
Children under the age of 16 years are only allowed to be in the swimming pool area and use the swimming pool facility during “Friends and Family” Swimming Pool Hours and must be accompanied by the resident they are visiting. Residents may not provide additional guest coverage for another resident’s household guests.
Children under 12 are not allowed in the spa at any time.
Children aged 12-16 may use the spa only with adult supervision.
“Friends and Family” pool hours are:
Sunday-Saturday: 12:00 PM -3:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 PM -10:00 PM
During “Friends and Family” hours, the household guest limit is increased to 5 persons total. (Swimming pool guest limit of 2 persons per household remains in force and effect during all other swimming pool operating hours.)
