Social Rooms
The Sol Centre has four social rooms that are perfect for residents to gather or host private events. Our social rooms are also home to community events, club meetings, and much more. THE TWILIGHT ROOM
The largest of the Sol Centre’s community rooms the Twilight Room is home to everything from club and committee meetings; daily card, dice and dominoes games being played; Film Club Viewings; Wine Club Tasting Events; Yoga and much more. If you want to be where the fun is, come to the Twilight Room!
SOL PLAY CARD ROOM
Enjoy playing board games; cards; or chess, then the Card/Chess room is a perfect spot for you. Designed to be a smaller, quieter place in the Sol Centre, join friends to play cards, checkers, chess or whatever else you enjoy. Watch your favorite sporting event, or simply visit with other residents.
THE LOUNGE
Do you just want to relax and visit with friends, watch a game or movie? If so, then come to the lounge at the Sol Centre. It’s a warm and inviting area with comfy couches and chairs, ideal for residents to chat, sit and read a book, or watch tv and sports.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen at the Sol Centre makes hosting events and community activities so easy. It features oversized refrigerators and freezers; ice makers; warming stations; a microwave; and a clean-up center. There’s ample counter space for prepping; staging; and serving. It’s outfitted with all the supplies you’ll need to enjoy a fun get-together at the Sol.
